This script made it to the final round of client reviews before landing on the chopping block.
The idea went something like this:
We see a woman buy a VW with just her signature.
“So all you need is my signature and then I can drive away?” She asks. “And this pen,” the salesman says. The pen glows in heavenly light.
Back at home, her family watches in disgust as she replaces their family portrait with a shrine for the VW pen.
She wipes her hands in satisfaction. “There. That’s better. I’m going for a drive.”
